SIRLOIN KABOBS
Ingredients
- 2 lbs petite sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large sweet onion chopped
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Soak wooden kabob skewers in water for about 30 minutes, prior to assembly.
- Toss the cubed steak, onions, and peppers into a large bowl.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle salt.
- Toss everything together.
- Assemble the kabobs.
- Grill for about 8 – 10 minutes until medium rare—or adjust to your liking.
